HMC Instrumentation & Controls specializes in the manufacturing of pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic instrumentation packages. Combining our knowledge base and experience with our project management and QUALITY system has enabled HMC to become a highly valued RESOURCE throughout the oil & gas industry.

TOPSIDE/PRODUCTION

 

Wellhead Controls

HMC Instrumentation & Controls manufactures wellhead control panels for single well or multi- well applications. These panels can be manufactured to be fully automated or with pneumatics and hydraulics only.

TUTU Panels

(Topside Umbilical Termination Unit) We can design to required pressures for various sub sea equipment using super duplex (2507) tubing or high pressure tubing up to 30,000 psi.

Other Equipment Includes: Master Control Panels, Chemical Injection, Fire Water Pump Panels, HPU’s and Flying Leads.

We are capable of designing any panel required to monitor and safely shut-in necessary equipment as per API RP 14C.  We offer Turnkey manufacturing of production control equipment.

SUBSEA EQUIPMENT

We offer design and installation of control systems for

Subsea Manifolds, Subsea Pods and R.O.V.’s.

OTHER EQUIPMENT INCLUDES:

PLC Control Panels, Pipeline Metering Stations, Metering Gas Sites, Fire & Gas Systems, ESD Fire Loop Systems, Fire Pump Skids, Compressor Packages, and LUBRICATION systems for Natural Gas Compressors, unload systems on Compressors, and Industrial Gas Chromatograph Analyzer Units.
